Bolognese sauce may be used to any dish and is convenient for quick meals when frozen in portions. Therefore, why not try making some Bolognese sauce if you want a delicious and simple dinner?

Classic Bolognese Ragu Recipe

  • 1 kilogram of ground beef
  • 2 purple onions
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 4 carrots
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 tomato sauce cans
  • A red wine glass
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper and salt

How to make homemade Classic Bolognese Ragu Recipe:

Cut an onion, celery, carrot, and garlic finely to begin making a delicious Bolognese sauce. Then, add some olive oil to a pot that has been heated to medium heat. When the oil reaches a sufficient temperature, add the meat and season with a little salt. Cook until the meat takes on a brown color.

Once the beef has browned, combine the chopped veggies with the meat in the pot and stir for approximately two minutes. Pour in a glass of red wine now, and let the alcohol evaporate for two minutes. Next, fill the saucepan with the tomato sauce.

Pour water into two tomato sauce cans and place them in the pot. Add more water to the stew if you think it’s too dry. Combine all ingredients, place a lid on the pot, reduce heat, and let the Bolognese to simmer for two hours. Don’t forget to stir the stew every 30 minutes.

Once the stew has cooked for two hours, add salt and black pepper according to your taste. Let the Bolognese cool down and divide it into portions in food bags. Shake the bag to thaw the sauce in a short time, then put it in the freezer. Your delicious Bolognese sauce is now ready to go whenever you want it.
